Terms & Conditions of Use for Art-to-go Products

Art-to-go videos and kits are created and made by Pop up Art School, Inc.. When you purchase an Art-to-go video you gain lifetime access to the video tutorial. Art-to-go videos are stored on our website.

By purchasing an Art-to-go product you agree to hold harmless Pop up Art School, Inc., its owners and employees, for any loss, damage, or injury due to any act or negligence on part of the buyer or any persons using the prerecorded video and materials provided in the kits.

Our goal is to provide an excellent customer experience. Please let us know if you have problems accessing the videos. We encourage you to reach out if you have any questions about the content of our videos or about the materials in your kits. Email us: info@popupartschool.com, and we will assist you as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that we live in the EST time zone.

Copyrights

Pop up Art School, Inc. is the sole copyright owner of all content for Art-to-go, including all kits, written material, digital or printable, and all audio and video content.

As a purchaser of an Art-to-go product you may not share our kits, written materials, audio or videos in any way, shape or form without written permission from Pop up Art School, Inc.

Your use of Art-to-go materials including kits, videos and written information is limited to your household members, meaning the people that live in your home. You are prohibited from sharing our content with anyone else that does not live with you. We appreciate your integrity.

We reserve the right to revoke access to anyone that violates our copyrights.

Copyrights & Social Media

You may post pictures of your finished work made using our videos and/or kits on social media. We request that you tag us @popupartschool, or mention in your post that you used a Pop up Art School video and/or kit.

You may not post a video or picture of your finished work that was made using one of our Art-to-go products and claim it as your own. To do so violates our copyright.

Shipping Policy for Art-to-go Products

Shipping is free in the USA!

For customers outside of the USA please email us at info@popupartschool.com with your country and postal code and we'll get back to you with a shipping quote.

After payment has been received, orders for Art-to-go kits are processed within three business days. You will receive an email when your package is dropped off at the postal service (USPS) with a tracking number.

Availability: occasionally a color of wool shown may not be available. We will contact you to inform you of any changes. You can wait until the color is restocked or we can process a refund.

Shipping costs: for shipping outside of the USA, costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. We will email you a shipping estimate and send you an invoice via PayPal. You are responsible for paying all taxes and duties that are levied after we have dispatched your order(see: Import duties & taxes below).

Order processing: we process orders Monday through Friday during standard business hours, except for USA national holidays at which time we will be closed.

Change of Delivery Address: you may change the delivery address at no charge anytime before the order has been dispatched.

PO Box Shipping: we will ship to PO Box addresses using postal services (USPS) only. We are unable to offer courier service to these locations.

Military Address Shipping: we are able to ship to military addresses using postal services(USPS) only. We are unable to offer courier service to these locations.

Items out of stock: if an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out of stock items and dispatch the rest of the order. You will receive an email to inform you of the change.

Delivery time exceeded: if delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking notifications: upon dispatch, customers will receive an email with a tracking link.

Parcels damaged in transit: If you find the parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the carrier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

Import duties & taxes: import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at the customer's expense and the customer will receive a refund for the values of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Cancellation: if you change your mind before you have received your order we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched please refer to our refund policy.

Insurance: Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the carrier.

Processor parcel damaged in transit: we will process the refund or replacement as soon as the carrier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Process parcel lost in transit: we will process a refund or replacement as soon as the carrier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

Refund Policy for Art-to-go Products

We stand by our Art-to-go videos and kits with a 7 day money back guarantee. Please email us at info@popupartschool.com to inform us that you are are requesting a refund.

Videos: Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied and we will refund your money. Your access to the video will be revoked after we have processed your refund.

Kits: After you have received your kit, if you're not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package to notify us that you are seeking a refund. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the kit back to us. When we receive the kit we will promptly refund your money. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Kit materials should be returned to us in original packaging, in unused and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and you are required to arrange your own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will processed. Pop up Art School, Inc. will refund the value of the goods returned and will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
