ADULT CLASSES FAQ
Registration is not complete until payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email after your payment has been made. If you are experiencing difficulty registering for a class online, email us email@example.com
Class ticket purchases are non-refundable. This is because we purchase materials and plan for classes based on the number of students registered. However, if you’d like to offer your seat in that class to a friend or family member, we’d be happy to let them take your seat. We ask that you please email us to let us know you will not be attending, and to give us the person’s contact information.
In the case of inclement weather, classes are cancelled when the Public Schools, in whichever town the workshop is held in, are closed.
In the event that one of our teachers is traveling from a location experiencing severe weather and the area where the workshop is being held is having milder weather, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop. The safety of our customers and of our instructors is our priority when making weather cancellations. To guide us we will look at similar businesses to see if they are closing (gyms, shops, etc.) When in doubt email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
In the event we cancel a class, we will make every effort to reschedule on the same day of the week, and the same scheduled time, as soon as we can. If you cannot make the rescheduled date, we will make an exception, and refund you the price of your seat.
Please note: The information above does not pertain to our library workshops. In the event of inclement weather, contact the library where the workshop is scheduled.
